Cobo Bay Hotel is renowned for our Balcony Gigs, with top local and UK bands performing to large crowds lining the seafront to bring a real carnival atmosphere to the west coast whilst raising important funds for local charities. The Cobo Bay Balcony Gigs form an important part of the Guernsey summer events calendar, and are still going strong after more than 30 years.

** Summer Balcony Gigs

A minimum non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person is required for all lunch tickets purchased for Balcony Gigs. If we do not receive payment in full 14 days prior to the event, your reservation will be cancelled and your table resold.

Advanced bookings are required for lunch on The Beach Terrace, where you can enjoy a carvery buffet and dessert as well as table service for drinks throughout the afternoon.

Please note that due to the popularity of the Balcony Gigs, a section of the Cobo Coast Road at the front of the hotel is closed from 2.00pm - 9.00pm, making it impossible to access the hotel by car, though private and public parking is available nearby. If you are staying at Cobo Bay Hotel and would prefer a more peaceful afternoon then we will be more than happy to arrange any trips or excursions you may wish to enjoy.
