Terms and Conditions
All rates and offers are subject to availability. 25% of the total accommodation amount must be paid at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit in order to guartantee your reservation.
Should you need to cancel a room at any point then the following fees will apply:
Minimum Fee: 25% of the total booking amount
8 - 14 days prior to arrival: 60% of the total booking amount
3 - 7 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total booking amount
48 hours or less prior to arrival or no show: 100% of the total booking amount
Check-in time is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am. Outside of these times, luggage storage facilities are available at reception. Any outstanding costs are to be settled upon departure, unless otherwise guaranteed in writing by the client in advance. Guests leaving earlier than 7.30am are kingly requested to settle their room account by 9pm on the evening prior to departure.
Please ensure that adequate travel insurance is taken in respect of illness or adverse weather conditions
