A complete renovation in recent years has converted the Cobo Bay Hotel into a first-class boutique hotel, boasting an idyllic setting along the scenic west coast of Guernsey. Our award winning cuisine, chic Function & Events Suite, luxurious accommodation and stunning location make us an ideal venue for all types of Guernsey events for up to 150 people.
Whilst our Restaurant and al fresco Beach Terrace continually win recognition for the quality of food & service, our Function & Events Suite has recently been transformed into a modern multi-purpose facility that is both stylish and sophisticated to suit all occasions. We are also proud to hold the highest-ever AA rating achieved by a 3-star hotel in Guernsey of 82%, as well as a coveted Visit Guernsey Gold Award.
We offer a variety of function menus and an extensive wine list, though should you wish to add your favourite dish or even design your own menu entirely, then we will be as flexible as possible to accommodate any special requests you might have.
